69-year-old female, presents to primary care physician consult with a complaint of a painful rash on her back. She reports that the rash started about three days ago as a tingling sensation, followed by the appearance of red, blister-like lesions. The rash is localized to the right side of her back and does not cross the midline. She describes the pain as burning and sharp, rating it as 7 out of 10 in intensity.
