For this assignment, you’ll choose a famous female serial killer or murderous mother to create a mock (fake) social media profile. It can be for Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn. You will not ACTUALLY be creating a profile; instead, you’ll be creating it from a template with Word or PDF (I really don’t want these platforms wondering why there are a bunch of female serial killer profiles, so do NOT actually make the profile). In the template, you’ll be able to choose profile pictures, makeup posts, identify interests, hobbies, etc., and more.
This isn’t a paper or an essay. Bullet points and short sentences/descriptions are okay. I’m sure most of you have at least one social media account, including Facebook. That’s what you should aim to produce.
You should include your sources in a comment when you submit your assignment through Canvas. No in-text citations are needed though, which makes sense because how many of you use in-text citations in your social media profiles???
Since this is a social media profile, posts, and bios will be in first-person.
