As human beings we tend to approach decisions about right and wrong in different ways. FPS is seeking honest individuals who exhibit excellent morals and character. Please explain in your own words how you determine what is right or wrong.
The decision of right and wrong can be subjective and objective at the same time. My means of determining right and wrong using a moral compass is based on my understanding of what is acceptable and unacceptable in accordance with society’s standards and biblical knowledge deriving from upbringing and knowledge gained through life. I make my decisions with the definitive knowledge of what is wrong. That is easy when incorporating my character of doing what’s right and honest. Sometimes, things are not so clear about what’s right or wrong. When I encounter that type of situation, I tend to reach out to my accountability team, which consists of members of my church, friends, professional cohorts, and family. Their guidance tends to lead me in the right direction.
