Suggested Strategies – Develop realistic, well argued and valid strategies to minimize / eliminate the negative impact of identified drivers and improve performance.
Implementation Plan – Detailed plan for implementing suggested strategies. Plase make sure you take
into considderation technological advancements..
Monitoring and Reporting – Methods for monitoring implementation of selected strategies, key performance indicators and metrics. Please take into consideration stakeholders’ expectations.
