At the end of the day staff are supposed to clean up their operating room and set up for the next day, depending on what is scheduled for the room. Unfortunately, at this time many off the staff don’t take initiative to clean the room at the end of the day even if there is time. This creates animosity in the work place.
I want to see if staff is more likely to clean the room if they need to sign off and held accountable.
The project was 4 days long.
