Question
You’ve now learned more about how the Constitution conceives of both
the Supreme Court and the judiciary, as outlined in Article III. But of
course, the Constitution as we have it is only one possible version of
what’s possible—there could be myriad other ways to organize the
judicial branch.
Several years ago, the National Constitution Center invited three groups of scholars to each draft their own, alternative version of the Constitution ( https://constitutioncenter.org/news-debate/special-projects/constitution-drafting-project)

For this reflection assignment, I want you to take a look at each of
these Constitutions and read the introductions written by their authors,
and go through the articles, paying special attention to each version’s
Article III.
What differences do you notice compared to the “real” constitution
for each of these versions, and which alternative document’s emphasis
would most closely align with your own opinions of the judiciary’s tasks
and authority—and why?
Instructions
