This assessment is based on the work of L.R. Goldberg, included in this week’s reading assignment. Once you complete the test, review each of your factor results. Explanations for each factor are included in the area below your results chart. Click each one for more details. You will not be able to save your results so be sure to note your score for each of the five factors before leaving the site.
Write a two- to three-page paper describing at least three of your five factor results. In your paper, include how this factor and your score might influence an organization.
Your two- to three-page paper should be in current APA Style and include a title page and reference list for all sources used. You should use a minimum of two scholarly sources (your textbook can be one of the sources).
