A use case diagram defines the primary requirements of a system. It shows works completed by the actors of a system.
Use Case: Graphically depicts the interactions among elements of a system
Use Case Names begin with a verb – A use case models an action, so the name should begin with a verb. It should follow a Verb+Noun format.
Make the name descriptive – This gives more information to others looking at the diagram. For example, “Print an Invoice after purchase” is better than “Print an Invoice.”
Use Case Diagram models real-world objects and functionalities by listing steps that a system needs to follow and identify shall (mandatory) and should (non-mandatory) requirements.
The following link describes the Use Case diagrams in detail:

Design a use case diagram that depicts the different functions of a banking system for its customers. Find all the use cases (there are more than ten use cases) based on the following brief description:
“In a bank, a customer needs to open an account to avail of the services offered by the bank. After verifying the details, the bank creates the customer account. Customers can check their account balance, deposit money, withdraw money from the ATM or through the bank’s cashier, and transfer funds to other accounts. Customers can close their accounts if they want to.
In addition, customers can request loans from the bank, where customers must submit requests for loans with the relevant details. The bank manager of each branch either accepts or rejects the loan. In addition, managers of banks can offer bonuses to their employees. ”
Your design must include the following:
1)  Multiple actors that must interact with various use cases(tasks)
2)  > and > relationships
3)  The entire use case diagram must be within a system boundary
