1. Continue to explore additional reliable health data resources/websites.
There are suggestions in Module 1 for reliable websites. Explore your state, region, and county health
rankings and data. This will allow you
to prepare responses to the following content areas below.
2.
Identify
two areas of commonality and differences in your state health data
compared to your county and region? Does
your county have similar rankings, health outcomes and factors compared to your
surrounding counties? Explain and
describe these two data impressions and comparisons.
3.
Look
closely at your county data. Describe three health trends occurring in
your county (these are noted within the trend column in the county rankings
data), both the positive and negative. Briefly
describe how does this impacts clinical practice within the county and personal
health as a county resident?
4.
Identify
and describe two resources/barriers within your county of residence that
may be contributing to positive and/or negative health trends.
5.
Reflect
and describe how APRN practice and leadership could impact/improve county
health outcomes/factors.

assignment is a formal APA formatted paper.

are inexperienced with APA formatting. At
least three scholarly references are required for this
assignment. These can include peer-reviewed
professional journals and professional/scholarly data sites (i.e. county health
rankings, CDC sites, etc.). This paper should be no longer than 3
double-spaced pages of content, excluding the title page and reference page. All references should be supported by
