Step 2: Create an annotated bibliography on each of the two articles you selected.
Elements of an Annotated Bibliography:
An Introduction to the problem/issue.
Discuss the vulnerable population of choice.
Identify the legislative policy that was designed to impact social justice for the vulnerable population (reference policy appropriately).
Write the Reference of the first article written in APA format.
Step 3: A Summary of the article analyzing information related to the vulnerable population of choice (1-2 paragraphs).
Include a short analysis of the source.

Step 4: Repeat the Reference and Summary for the second article
Step 5: A Conclusion paragraph which summarizes your key points.
