Conduct your interview and observation on Subject #2. Complete and submit the Behavior Observation Record Form (see attached) regarding this subject. You should document the physical, cognitive, and socioemotional observations on your subject on the form.
Note: Consider this assignment as though you are a social worker, and your goal is to do a “site” visit and observe and interact with the child. Write your observations in the form in short, concise sentences. At the end of the form, write an evaluation of the child and whether or not your observations are consistent with developmental theory.
For example, does a 10-year old subject know that Santa Claus does not exist by Piaget’s third stage of development.
