Every other week, you will be responsible for submitting a legal brief. The topics for this week is: Negligence
You will use one of the websites (or another of your choosing) listed below to find a law case to write about using the appropriate topic for the chosen week. This week the premise of the case is negligence meaning that the lawsuit must be a negligence lawsuit and you must use the actual case law (filed in court). Please review the grading rubric for more information on the components of the legal brief.
Requirements of submission:
Legal brief assignments must follow these formatting guidelines: double spacing, 12-point Times New
Roman font, one-inch margins, and discipline-appropriate citations. Page length requirements: 2 pages (minimum). Please upload as a Word
or PDF document.
