Specifically, all three authors discuss labels that deal with gender and gender expression. They all create unique arguments on the purpose of these labels and whether they are (or can be) justified. Using Devor as your primary source, you must argue whether Blum, Tannen support, refute, and/or complicate Devor’s discussion of gender performance and expression. Use rhetorical strategies/rhetorical devices and textual evidence to support your answer.
