I am interested in the data analysis part. I have already done the preprocessing on
the EEG data with matlab. I am mainly interested in the data
analysis part. The analysis must be done with machine
learning methods (eg in frequency domain, feature extraction/selection,
classifiers, patterns). Due to the nature of the data (no ERP’s) I
need some direction on how to approach/analyze it in order to draw some
conclusions. Python will be used for analysis. It would be good if someone who knows this
particular piece of EEG analysis gets in touch so I can give them more
information. PS: Regarding the delivery date, it is
indicative. Anyway, definitely until the end of August. Also about the words, that’s the required
limit but as I said I’m mainly interested in the analysis part. The
length of the master’s thesis should consist of a text of approximately 25,000
words. The MS is from the DEPARTMENT OF
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING and the DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN AND PRODUCTION of the University of West Attica. The
PMS is about Artificial Intelligence, so the eeg analysis will be done with
python in colab. I have processed the eegs in matlab with
eeglab and exported the .txt files. I will also export them to .csv if needed. I have uploaded the files to colab. I
mainly want help with the part of the analysis because the data I have concerns
the baseline of three groups, which did some cognitive tests. However, I do not have the data of the
same groups after stress with the same tests to make a comparison. It
would be good to get in touch for details. About the data and ways of approaching it.
The
part I am most interested in is the analysis of my data. The Pipeline that will be followed, the
analysis in frequency/time domain, the features that will be extracted, the
classification that will be done with machine learning algorithms, the tuning
parameters and the evaluation of these algorithms. I want help on how the analysis will be
done according to the eeg data I have. As I said, I don’t know how to approach
them. So we are talking about someone who knows
programming and who has dealt with signal and specifically with EEG. So the extent is not binding. The primary is resolution. This is what I want to discuss about
whether you can do it, and how so that you can then tell me about words etc.
