Step 4: Collaborate with your group to review a cause-and-effect diagram/fishbone to get ideas about the process and identify a list of at least 5 questions you would ask as part of the investigation.
Step 5: As a group write and submit a 2-to-3-page paper identifying which questions are essential to the investigation and explain why each is relevant. As part of the assignment, include the titles and/or departments of at least 2 people you would include as part of the investigation. Use the library to locate scholarly resources to support your ideas.
