I’m not
sure why this is turning into something so difficult to make happened, but it
seems like this is more of pointless competition and the only one who is losing
is me. Just to give you background of why I am pushing for this swap is because
I am attempting to make myself more visible and give me more exposure to operating
during the day shift when more work is being performed. My request is in effort
to move my career up instead of lateral. Last year I attempted to achieve the
same goal by doing a rotation for you while you went on vacation, and you took
that opportunity away from me because of a judgement call that I made that
turned out to be a wrong call even though I stood on what I thought was the
right call at the time. Last week I was told that one of my counterparts had
questioned you about some moves that was made on the schedule and Anthony Nicolosi
had chimed in and stated that management can do whatever they want with the
schedule if that is the case why is my request being ignored, is this personal?
It seems like you are more interested in writing people up and being a
disciplinarian than being supportive to someone who is clearly trying to
elevate their career.
