Analyze two U.S. Supreme Court criminal case decisions dealing with a Bill of Rights issue.
Explain the facts of the case (i.e., what happened in the case).
Provide the holding of the Court (i.e., what the Court decided).
Evaluate the reasoning for the decisions (why the Court ruled how it did).
Explain how the constitutional right(s) is practically applied to protect the individual and/or society.
Provide your opinion on this constitutional issue’s relative strength and/or weakness moving forward in the 21st century.
