1. What is evidence-based practice? Define using your own words.
2. Describe the practice/program you selected and why you chose it.
3. What are the pros/cons of the practice/program you selected when implementing in another geographic location and in another population? For instance, if you chose a local practice/program, discuss the implications of implementing it somewhere such as New York or Hawaii. If it is nation-wide, how would it fare in rural Africa? What about Paris? For population, if the practice/program you selected is used primarily in white adults, what are the implications for using it among the Marshallese population?
4. Why aren’t evidence-based practices improving healthcare and/or health outcomes for all minority populations? Provide a minimum of 2 paragraphs to answer this question. Also, do not guess! Use reliable sources (and don’t forget to cite!) to help guide your response. This should take careful thought and consideration.
