Students are to create a header where they are to put their names, the semester/term, the course number, and the name of the exercise single-spaced.

Students will also be docked points if they unnecessarily use up space by doing any of the following: indenting the entire response, numbering/bullet pointing the entire response, skipping unnecessary spaces, extra spaces, or otherwise wasting space where they should be writing.
