The IA for Module 5 consists of conducting evaluations of the Mississippi Teacher Salary Schedule, your school district’s teaching salary schedule, and writing a brief reflection, noting the observations from your evaluation. In your evaluations you will notate changes/adjustments of dollar amounts of incremental differences between steps representing years of teaching experience and certification levels. Use a teacher salary table format similar to the Mississippi Teacher Salary Schedule for your evaluation. Add additional columns to your table between each certification level titled “Amount of Increase”, to notate the dollar amount of salary increases based on certification levels and years of experience. Include a summary of your salary schedule evaluation, noting interesting observations.
