Now that you have an idea about where you want this program to go, you will need to elicit the support of more stakeholders. Next, you will provide a rationale for your proposed program that includes information about: (a) the needs and wants of the priority population, (b) the health status of those affected, (c) the potential positive outcomes, (d) evidence that the program could lead to those outcomes, and (e) how this program can make a difference for the population of interest and community-at-large.
