What should be included in the Report?
You will need to demonstrate:
1. An awareness of the major theoretical approaches to sustainability and their implications for urban development analysis.
2. An understanding of the constraints and possibilities of the current framework.
3. An understanding of the similarities and differences between different areas of sustainable development policy in different countries.

6. An appreciation of the opportunities and lessons learned in this project. In addition, any suggestions to improve sustainable development practices in Hong Kong?
This assignment is designed to assess the following learning outcomes:
1. Discern how social, economic, and political pressures for urban change demand careful government plan and management of the urban environment.
2. Explain the evolution and present focus on urban policy (i.e., sustainable development) and consider its effectiveness.
3. Debate policy effectiveness in urban housing, community building, economic development, regeneration and sustainability.
