The second unit includes five (5) different personality theories. You will compile one Chart of Theories for four (4) of the following theorists and their personality theories (remember, for the one you skip, instead of completing the chart, you will briefly tell me why you chose not to do that particular theorist in their respective section):
Klein
Fromm
Sullivan
Maslow
Rogers
The first section should clearly identify the main points of the theory. You will likely need to include some background information about the theorist, which will also give some insight into their perspective on personality development.
The second section will identify how this theory explains maladaptive behaviors – how this theory explains how certain disorders might develop (such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, etc.).
The final section is your subjective perspective on this particular theory. How does this theory apply to you, your development, or your personal perspective on personality development?
Please remember you must add detailed information from outside articles, and the textbook to support your work, and you must cite all findings.
